To create inventory items, there are 2 options. The first option is to click on the “Create inventory” button and fill in all the fields, the second is to upload a file via Excel.

The only required field is “Type of goods and materials / tools” And depending on the type of material values, we will choose this “Single” or “Quantitative” goods and materials. If this is a single copy of goods and materials, this is a tool, equipment, computer, and the like, then select “Single”, if this is a consumable / building material - “Quantitative” type of accounting.

When choosing a “Single” goods and materials, we indicate the cost

When choosing the “Quantitative” type of accounting, indicate the amount of consumables and select the unit of measure (pcs, kg, m, etc.), indicate the price per unit, and the total cost will be recalculated automatically.

Next, select “Object” and “Location” for goods and materials. You can immediately set the location of the goods and materials where it will go or do this when generating an application. When specifying the “Object” and “Location”, you can specify as an existing warehouse from the list of hints:

There can be several “Locations” on the “Object”.

In the same way, you can do with the "Responsible" for this inventory.
