This window opens, where you can specify the required number of consumables that you give out to the employee, and also indicate to whom the transfer is taking place:

When you select an employee, a list of all users in the enterprise will open, select a specific one:

Further, if the “Object” and “Location” of the transferred goods and materials change, then indicate these data:

Provide the required information:

After that, you confirm and your “List of goods and materials” is updated with new information, where you can see another “Responsible” and another “Object”:
