When you are told that you can pick up our tools from the service, you must return them to work and in our program. To do this, you can use both a web application and a mobile device.

In the web application, we need to select the goods and materials that were taken from the service and click on “Return from service”

A window will appear on the right where you can specify a new person responsible for this inventory (if you do not specify the person responsible, then after returning from the service, the tool will automatically be assigned to the one who returned it from the service)

Check the box and click "Return". After that, the information about the goods and materials will be updated and will look like this:

You can observe the entire life cycle of a Material Value from the moment of its “Creation” to the present, what happened to it and when, and who made what movements.

Also, its status in the “List of goods and materials” will be updated, now the status of the tool is not “In service”, but “Employee”, which means that someone is responsible for it.

In the mobile version, in order to return goods and materials from the service, you need to go to “Return from service”:

the camera will open (scan the QR code of the material value or enter the goods and materials in the search), select the goods and materials you need, click "Return".
