If some inventory is out of order and needs to be handed over to a service center, then this can be done through the web application and the mobile version.
In the web application, you go to the “List of goods and materials”, select the goods and materials you need and click on “Send to service”:
A window will open where you need to enter the “Workshop name” (this can be a name, street) and “The reason for the breakdown”:
After this action, information about your goods and materials has been added, you can track who sent the tool to the service center and where:
The status of your material value in the general “List of goods and materials” has also changed:
Through a mobile application, sending a tool to a service center occurs in this way. You need to click on “Send / return from the service”, then select the “Send” function:
After that, the phone camera will open, you can scan the QR code of goods and materials or click on “Search” and find the desired value. Click on your goods and materials and also indicate the “Reason for the breakdown” and “Service location”:
After you have entered all the necessary information, click on “Submit” and your tool has been sent to the service, its status will be updated to “In service”.
